Fried Chicken

- 6 chicken thighs
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Hot Sauce optional
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1. Step 1: Soak in buttermilk. Remove any excess moisture from your chicken pieces by patting them dry with paper towels.
